Looking beyond 6G aimed at just fixing the things that 5G did not do properly? Considering feedback from the inaugural 3GPP 6G workshop in Korea and sharing viewpoints and perspectives on the challenges and opportunities ahead. Exploring how the emerging view of 6G Use-Cases and innovation will drive network requirements and necessary technologies. Considering some of the envisioned use cases for integrated sensing from basestations, evolutionary and revolutionary movements, including cloudification, sustainability, combined communication & sensing, sub-THz IoT sensing and more. Joint Communication and Sensing (JCAS): Smart-city and mobility use-cases, air quality monitoring, vulnerable road users, enhanced ADAS, traffic/parking monitoring and management, crowd analytics, smart factories, health monitoring and accident detection: these are some of the envisioned use cases for integrated sensing from basestations. What can we realistically expect and in which time frame? What are the constraints in terms of frequency band and bandwidth to deliver these use cases, and thus their feasibility domain? What is the expected impact on network capacity? How can sensing be used to improve network performance/efficiency?
